The Blue Rock Villa is a 5 bedrooms house located a few minutes from Hora Mykonos and the beach. Built on a hilltop, the villa boasts a 360-degree panoramic view of the Cycladic Islands and the Delos archaeological site.
The villa balances the best qualities of past and present with the ancient Cycladic builders'respect for the constraints of nature, creating a unique environment-sparkling white walls, charming bedrooms with their own baths and terraces, picturesque patios, and plantings that surround the house reflect the direction of the wind.
Welcoming tents and pergolas protect winter rain for later use.
While the house is occupied mostly in the summer, its vernacular form, which complies with strict local construction laws, makes living in Mykonos a tantalizing, year-round possibility. the hardware, furnishings, and accessories have been selected with nothing less in mind, drawn from the best sources available worlwide.
The outdoor living room furniture, for example, comes from Mexico and the indoor furniture is collective work of the many places in the world. Carpets, lamps and millwork are products of Morocco, ironwork is from Tunisia, and doors represent the handicrafts of india and Saudi Arabia.
The pool, 20 m long by 2,5 m wide, is built atop a rocky hill adjacent to a seating salon under a tent. the unique design enhances the landscaping of the house.
